All police and sanitary regulations contained within the ordinances and the Codified Ordinances of the City, and all additions and amendments thereto enacted after the effective date of this section, are declared to be effective within all lands owned by the City outside the corporate limits of the City. The Police Department of the City is empowered to enforce such regulations within such lands the same as if such lands were located within the municipal corporation limits of the City. (Ord. 1978-30.
