(a) Authority is hereby granted for the City to participate in state contracts which the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing, has entered into for the purchase of supplies, services, equipment and certain materials pursuant to Ohio R.C. 125.04.
(b) The City Manager is hereby authorized to agree to bind the City to all contract terms and conditions as the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing, prescribes. Such terms and conditions may include a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs which the Department of Administrative Services incurs as a result of City participation in a contract. Further, the City hereby agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions.
(c) The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to directly pay the vendor under each such state contract in which the City participates and for items it receives pursuant to the contract.

(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to provide all employees of the City with a copy of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and to administer all provisions of the Manual.
(b) The City Manager is further authorized to revise and update the Manual as needed without further action by the Council and to provide the Council with copies of such revisions and updates as they occur. (Ord. 2010-38. Passed 6-22-10.)
