927.11 PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTION.

Except as provided in Section 927.41, no person shall construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
