927.10 DISCHARGE INTO NATURAL OUTLET PROHIBITED.

No person shall discharge sanitary sewage into any natural outlet within the City or discharge industrial wastes or other polluted water into said outlets unless the person so doing is operating with the approval of, or under a permit issued by, the Ohio Water Pollution Control Board.
