(a) The City of Loveland, Counties of Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren, Ohio, do authorize the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, to proceed with the maintenance, repair, and operation of any and all sewer improvements for local service within the corporate limits of the City of Loveland, Counties of Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren, Ohio, including the maintenance, repair, and operation of the existing sewer system owned by the City and any improvements thereto constructed by the county or City, all as provided in Ohio R.C. 6117.04.
(b) The agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, and the City providing for the maintenance, repair, or operation of the existing sewer system owned by the City and any improvements thereto constructed by the county or City, a copy of which agreement is on file with the Clerk of Council, is approved, and the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
