Council authorizes and consents to the completion of consolidation of sewer districts and other areas of the county into Sewer District No. 1, as set forth in the resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, passed on December 4, 1963, to include the City, for the purpose of operating and maintaining the existing sewer system of the City and constructing main sewer improvements, and providing service therein as authorized by law, particularly Ohio R.C. Chapter 6117.
