927.05 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Wastewater Treatment Superintendent, the Public Works Superintendent, and the Director of Finance are authorized to adopt and enforce, subject to the approval of the City Manager, such rules and regulations as they deem necessary in the execution of the responsibilities and duties prescribed in this chapter.
