927.02 WASTEWATER TREATMENT SUPERINTENDENT; CONTROL OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.

The operation, maintenance, and repair of the sewage treatment plant and the sanitary sewage system of the City, and the construction, use, maintenance, and repair of building sewers and connections to the sanitary sewage system of the City shall be under the supervision of and shall be the responsibility of the Wastewater Treatment Superintendent.
