(a) The violation of Sections 737.08, 737.09, 737.10, 737.11, 737.13, 737.14, 737.15, 737.17(a) or 737.18 could result in the imposition of sanctions by the City Manager which could include at his sole discretion the suspension, revocation or cancellation of the owner's certificate and any taxicab licenses issued to the said owner and/or barring the offending operator from operating a licensed taxicab within the City.
(c) Whoever violates Section 737.19 shall, in addition to any other punishment allowed by law, be permanently barred from operating a taxicab upon the streets of the City of Loveland.
