737.17 DISPLAY OF TAXICAB LICENSE: OPERATION.
   (a)    A certified copy of the certificate shall be exhibited in a prominent place in each taxicab at all times.
   (b)    Except as provided, no person shall operate a taxicab or taxicabs within the City which does not have a City of Loveland taxicab license.
