737.15 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED.

No taxicab shall be operated on the streets of the City until the owner or operator of such taxicab shall have filed with the City Manager a liability insurance policy or bond covering each taxicab operated by such owner or operator as set forth in Section 737.04(a)(4).
