The Clerk of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of Loudoun County shall collect the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) in each criminal or traffic case which comes before the Court in which the defendant is convicted of a violation of any statute or ordinance. The Clerk shall remit such sum to the County Treasurer, who shall hold the same subject to appropriation to the Sheriff's Office for the funding of courthouse security personnel.
