Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of the National Fuel Gas Code or Part 192, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, as adopted in Section 1410.01, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
The application of the penalty provided herein shall not be deemed to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions or the application of any other equitable remedy. (Ord. 36-85. Passed 8-12-85.)
