1410.03 FILE AND DISTRIBUTION COPIES.

At least one copy of the National Fuel Gas Code and of Part 192, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, as adopted in Section 1410.01, shall be on file with the Clerk-Treasurer for inspection by the public. At least one copy shall also be on file at the Loudonville Public Library. In addition, the Clerk-Treasurer has copies available for distribution to the public, at cost. (Ord. 36-85.
