1410.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of the National Fuel Gas Code and Part 192, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, as adopted in Section 1410.01, is to establish a code and certain safety standards regulating and governing the installation, operation and maintenance of gas lines and gas equipment within the Village. (Ord. 36-85. Passed 8-12-85.)
