§ 92.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 92.065 through 92.078 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and will be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for a period up to 90 days and a fine of up to $500 or any combination of such jail and fine.
