PUBLIC PARKS

§ 92.001 CLOSING HOURS.

   All areas within the city designated as public parks shall be closed from sunset to sunrise unless otherwise posted.

§ 92.002 UNLAWFUL PRESENCE.

   It is unlawful for any person to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, or be in or upon the public parks of the city whenever said parks are closed.

COMMUNITY BEACH

§ 92.015 CARE OF PROPERTY AND APPURTENANCES.

   No person shall willfully and maliciously break down, injure, remove, or destroy any tree, bench, diving board, raft, table, beach, building, sign, or appurtenance of the city’s community beach.

§ 92.016 DISPOSAL OF DANGEROUS OBJECTS.

   No person shall throw, place, drop, or otherwise dispose of any glass, tin, or other metal, or any other object of any kind, in the water or on the beach or in any other place where such object could constitute a hazard to bathers or other persons using the premises.

§ 92.017 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The City Council shall, from time to time, establish the hours for the use of the community beach and make such other rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to control the use thereof and may by such rule or regulation limit the use thereof to bona fide residents of the city and their guests.
