EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 04-555A passed on October 18, 2004, amended the Codified Ordinances by renaming the position of Director of Personnel and Purchasing to Director of Administrative Operations. Wherever the term Director of Personnel and Purchasing may appear in these Codified Ordinances, the new term Director of Administrative Operations shall be substituted therein nunc pro tunc.
