GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 91.001 TOWN BOARD AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Town Board of Trustees has full power to take all measures necessary to promote the health and cleanliness, to abate all nuisances of every description on public and private property; to prevent the introduction of spreading within the town malignant, contagious and infectious diseases, and to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to perform its functions.
   (B)   The Town Board of Trustees, in addition to enforcing the above-mentioned regulations, has the authority to enforce such rules of the state’s Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) as are applicable to particular situations.

§ 91.002 INTERFERENCE WITH HEALTH OFFICIALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to molest, hinder, interfere with or in any manner prevent any individual designated by the town’s Board of Trustees or any official of the town from performing any duty imposed upon him or her by any rule of the state, or Board of Trustees of the town.
