§ 91.017 AUTHORITY OF TOWN TO DECLARE NUISANCES.
   Any act, condition, substance, occupation or use of property which substantially meets the criteria of a hazard to health or safety, as defined in § 91.016 of this chapter, is a nuisance as defined in § 91.016 of this chapter and may be so declared by the town’s Board of Trustees, and nothing in § 91.018 of this chapter shall be construed to limit the power of the Board to make such declaration.
