§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   In the event, the adjudication and abatement of a nuisance is conducted through the town’s Municipal Court, the penalty for a violation of §§ 91.015 through 91.020 of this chapter shall be assessed by the Municipal Court Judge. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.015 through 91.020 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of the provisions of §§ 91.015 through 91.020 of this chapter are committed, continued or permitted. Such offense or offenses may be punishable by minimum fine of $150 and a maximum of $500 per offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.035 through 91.037 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of the provisions of §§ 91.035 through 91.037 of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted. Such offense or offenses may be punishable by a minimum fine of $150 and a maximum of $500 per offense.
