Sec. 14-69. - Penalty for violation of section 14-67.
(a) Any person convicted of violating any provision of section 14-67(a) or (c) of this Code shall be punished upon a first conviction by imprisonment for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days or by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine, and on a second or subsequent conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six (6) months or by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine.
(b) Any persons convicted of violating any provision of section 14-67(b) of this Code shall be punished upon a first conviction by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six (6) months or by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine, and on a second or subsequent conviction shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not less than thirty (30) days nor more than twelve (12) months, or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine.
