Sec. 14-43. - Death stars or shurikens.

(a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give away death stars or shurikens to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years within the urban county.

(b)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to purchase or otherwise acquire, use or possess death stars or shurikens within the urban county.

(c)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
