Editor's note(s)—Section 6 of Ord. No. 98-84, adopted June 28, 1984, repealed §§ 13-56—13-60, relating to weapons. The sections carried no history note. Section 7 of Ord. No. 98-84 repealed § 13-61, prescribing a penalty for violation of §§ 13-45, 13-46 and 13-57—13-60. Section 8 of the ordinance declared the repeal effective Jan. 1, 1985. Formerly, § 13-61 was derived from Ord. No. 89-70, § 1, adopted May 5, 1970; Ord. No. 65-71, § 1, adopted Apr. 22, 1971; Ord. No. 74-71, § 1, adopted May 7, 1971; and Ord. No. 98-84, § 4.
