For permits under section 10-2, the requirements for the production, handling, distribution and supervision of ice and ice products, bakeries and bottling plants shall be in accord with the current policies of the board of health; and the water used in the production of such ice or ice products and beverages shall be of a standard of purity at least as high as is required by the urban county government and shall be in accord with the current policies of the board of health.
