LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2.08. - General Powers of the Council to Redefine the Services and Activities of the Services Districts.
Nothing in this Charter shall limit the power of the Merged Government Council to redefine, add or reduce the services and functions to be provided within the General Services District or the Full Urban Services District, so long as such action on the part of the Council is applied uniformly throughout the territory of said services districts.
Annotation—Sections 2.06-2.08—Sewers and additional fire and police protection have been deleted as additional urban services. See Ordinance No. 179-82.
