Editor's note(s)—Ord. No. 209-80, § 1, adopted Dec. 23, 1980, added art. XXI to ch. 2 of the Code, §§ 2-158—2-166. Due to the addition of previous articles to ch. 2 by other ordinances, the provisions have been included as art. XIV, §§ 2-189—2-197. Subsequently, Ord. No. 89-2011, adopted July 7, 2011, amended Art. XIV by changing the title from "commission on community services for older persons" to "senior services commission". |
