The officers of the environmental commission shall consist of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer, an information officer, and three (3) directors, elected by the membership at the June meeting to serve a two (2) year term in accordance with its bylaws. The duties of the officers shall be implied by the respective titles and such as may be specified in the bylaws. The environmental commission shall determine its own rules and order of business and shall provide for keeping a record of its proceedings.
