LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 17-133. - Materials and mixing.
The concrete shall be composed of one (1) part of cement, two (2) parts of sand and three and one-half (3½) parts of crushed stone or gravel, which shall meet the requirements for materials and mixing as specified in sections 17-73 through 17-82, as approved by the urban county engineer.
After being thoroughly mixed, it shall be placed in the forms; and all joints shall be finished the same as specified in section 17-130.
