Sec. 16-76.1. - Members.
(a)   The infrastructure hearing board established pursuant to section 16-76 shall be composed of five (5) members and two (2) alternate members to serve in absence of the regular members as follows:
(1)   One (1) member shall be a builder or developer.
(2)   One (1) member shall be a representative of the conservation or environmental community.
(3)   One (1) member shall be an engineer with experience in civil engineering.
(4)   Two (2) members shall be from the community at large.
(5)   Two (2) alternate members who shall be representative of two (2) of the areas designated in section 16-76.1(a)(1), (2), or (3), above.
(b)   The environmental hearing board established pursuant to section 16-76 shall be composed of three (3) members.
(c)   Terms and qualification: Appointed board members, and alternate members shall serve a term of three (3) years from the date of appointment, provided that the terms of those originally appointed shall be for one (1) year, two (2) years, and three (3) years, so as to be staggered in the manner required by KRS 65.8811 and shall be subject to the provisions of section 2B-3 of the Code of Ordinances. All administrative hearings shall take place before an assigned hearing officer in conformity with chapter 2B of the Code.
