§ 4-2-1-1. DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (A)   SKATING RINK. Any business or place of business where the public generally, or groups of persons, are invited to engage in skating for valuable consideration, paid either directly or indirectly or as an incident to the purchase of merchandise, food or beverage.
   (B)   SOCIAL CLUB. Any structure or place where the public generally, or groups of persons, are invited to engage in dancing for valuable consideration, paid either directly or indirectly or as an incident to the purchase of merchandise, food or beverage.
