§ 71.10  USE OF CERTAIN TRUCKS ON RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   It is declared to be nuisance and a violation of this section to place tarps on trucks on city streets and/or any city right-of-way.
   (B)   Any person found guilty and/or pleading guilty to this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation of this section; additionally, each incident of tarping on a given day shall be considered a separate and additional violation of this section.
