§ 71.01  TURNING AT INTERSECTIONS.
   (A) Right turns. The operator of a vehicle intending to turn to the right at an intersection or into an alley or driveway shall approach the point of turning in the traffic lane nearest the right-hand edge or curb of the street, and in turning, shall keep as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the street.
   (B)   Turning left on “go” signal. The operator of a vehicle intending to turn to the left at an intersection where traffic is controlled by traffic-control signs or by a police officer, shall proceed to make such left turn with proper care to avoid accident and only upon the “go” signal, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
