§ 32.002 HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT.

   (A)   The Department shall be headed by a County Highway Supervisor.

   (B)   (1)   A written declaration of administrative policy of the Department shall be entered into and approved by resolution of the Board of Commissioners. 

      (2)   Copies of the approved policies shall be open to public inspection during regular business hours, with one copy available at the County Auditor’s office, and one copy in the Personnel Director’s office.
