(A) The County Treasurer shall receipt all interest investment monies generated per I.C. 5-13-9-6(c) to the county Highway Fund.
(B) Unless further directed by the County Council, after $400,000 have been receipted per division (A) of this section, the County Treasurer shall once again receipt all monies generated per I.C. 5-13-9-6(c) to the county General Fund.
