(A) There is hereby created a Riverboat Fund. The Fund shall consist of deposits in the form of admissions tax imposed on the Blue Chip Casino Riverboat in Michigan City, and/or any other gambling revenues realized by the county.
(B) Money from the Riverboat Fund shall be subject to, and distributed in accordance with, I.C. 36-1-8-9.
(C) All money collected as, and for, riverboat admissions tax shall be deposited in the Riverboat Fund.
(D) Amounts deposited in the Riverboat Fund shall be dedicated to, and used for, the repair and maintenance of the county highways and the repair, maintenance, and security of all county buildings and facilities.
(E) Money in the county Riverboat Fund, at the end of the fiscal year, does not revert to any other fund, but shall remain in the Riverboat Fund.
