§ 36.36  ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX.
   (A)   The County Council imposes the county economic development income tax (CEDIT) on the county taxpayers.  The county economic development income tax is imposed at a rate of 0.45% on the county taxpayers of the county.
