3-3E-5: FINES:
   A.   General Offense: Any person who violates any provision of this chapter may be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
   B.   Payments To Avoid Prosecution: Any person who receives a citation pursuant to this chapter for a violation of subsection 3-3C-18A, section 3-3C-17, 3-3D-1, 3-3D-2, or 3-3D-3 of this chapter may avoid prosecution by paying a fine pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
   Time runs beginning on the day after the date of issuance of the citation. If payment is not made within thirty (30) days after the date of issuance of the citation, then a court appearance shall be required.
