137.08 TUITION REIMBURSEMENT.

With the approval of the Chief of the Division of Fire, members of the Division of Fire may take accredited college courses relating to fire fighting and fire prevention. Members shall be reimbursed full tuition expenses by the City provided that such member receives a grade of "C", or the equivalent, upon completion of each course for which reimbursement

is requested. (Ord. 66-69. Passed 9-15-69.)
