137.04 HOLIDAYS.
   Members of the Division of Fire shall be granted twelve holidays to include New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, the employee's birthday, and one twenty-four hour off-duty period classified as a personal business day, providing the employee works a full year in which the holidays occur. The ten holidays shall be granted in the form of five twenty-four hour off-duty periods to compensate members for holidays actually worked. One of these twenty-four hour off- duty holidays may be divided upon request into two twelve hour half holidays. All holiday off-duty periods shall be selected in accordance with the seniority plan.
