Section 3.11 APPOINTMENT OF OTHER OFFICERS, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, AND EMPLOYEES.
   The Village Council shall appoint such other officers, as may be required by ordinance or resolution of the Council. Every election or appointment of an administrative office shall be for an indefinite term and shall be at the pleasure of the Council.
