§ 163.01 INTENT.
   It is the intent of this chapter to include all fees which are required for building, community development, fire prevention and miscellaneous fees.

§ 163.02 BUILDING FEES.
   (A)   Building permit fees.

Transporting of solid waste
 
Businesses which transport certain solid waste as an integral part of their occupation may obtain a license to transport those wastes in lieu of utilizing the city’s solid waste franchise collector—payment is made at the time of payment of building permit (per § 91.44).

Minor repairs may be exempt from permit fee requirements, if, in the opinion of the Building Official, those repairs do not involve structural, electrical or roof modifications.
 
   (B)   Basis for determining construction value. The documented construction value shall be a contract signed by the appropriate parties or a detailed material and labor cost estimate. When these methods cannot be supplied, the valuation shall be determined by utilizing the current Building Valuation Table as published by the International Code Council.
   (C)   Electrical permit fees.
