(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.15 through 111.21, as set forth in § 111.20, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not less than $50 nor exceeding $750 for each violation. Each day that the violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.

(C) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.30 through 111.36, or who makes a false statement concerning a material fact in his or her application for a license, or renewal or corrected license or in any hearing concerning the revocation thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not less than $50 nor exceeding $750 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
