§ 111.36 INVESTIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The President, any member of the Board of Trustees and any village police officer shall be empowered to investigate and enforce this subchapter.
   (B)   No person shall interfere with, hinder or molest any person, empowered to investigate or enforce this subchapter, in the performance of any duty as such.
