(A) Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter, or who makes a false statement concerning a material fact in his or her application for a license, or renewal or corrected licensing or in any hearing concerning the revocation thereof, shall be subject to the provisions of § 111.99.
(B) All fees, fines and forfeitures collected under the provisions of this subchapter shall be deposited to the General Fund account of the village.
