For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DANCE HALL. A place, building or site where dancing is performed after payment of a fee or
any other consideration which is beneficial to the dance hall owner.
DANCE HALL EMPLOYEES. Any person who attends to or services the patrons of the dance hall.
DANCE HALL OWNERS. Any person or persons who participate in the management or shares in the profits or losses of the business.
