§ 97.134 INJURING FIRE HOSE.
   It shall be unlawful for any railroad company, conductor, engineer or other person to cause to be run over or injured by any engine, car or train any hose laid across any railroad track for the purpose of extinguishing fire.

§ 97.136 PLAYING ABOUT RAILROAD YARDS OR CARS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to play about or upon any railroad track, depot, locomotive or car within the city, or, not being a regular passenger, to climb on or off any locomotive, car or train of cars within the city, while the same is in motion. Any person violating the provisions hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

ENFORCEMENT
§ 97.150 VIOLATIONS OF PROVISIONS DEEMED NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.
   (A)   Any construction or obstruction in violation of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared a nuisance.

   (B)   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to abate such nuisance and collect the cost of such abatement from the person maintaining such nuisance.

§ 97.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500, or both, for anyone offense.
   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 97.002, 97.003, and 97.005 through 97.008 and 97.026 shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500, or the city may be ordered to correct the violation, or both of the foregoing for any one offense. The minimum fine to be levied against a person convicted of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be $25, and should the city be ordered to correct the violation existing, the person convicted shall pay for the city's correction of said violation, and the city may impose a lien upon the premises until the cost of said correction shall be fully paid. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day, during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 97.004 shall be fined $5 for a first offense. A second or subsequent offense shall be subject to a penalty as provided in division (A) of this section. Any person selling skateboards who fails to post a copy of § 97.004 as required herein shall be subject to a penalty as provided in division (A) of this section. A separate offense shall be deemed commend on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
