The International Mechanical Code adopted herein is hereby amended as follows:
Section 106.5.2 Fee Schedule: All fees referred to in this section shall be scheduled in accordance with Section 1442.04
of the Codified Ordinances of the City.
Section 108.4 Penalties: The penalties referred to in this section shall be administered in accordance with Section 202.99
of the codified Ordinances of the City.
Section 108.5 Stop Work Orders: The penalties referred to in this section shall be administered in accordance with Section 202.99
of the Codified Ordinances of the City.
