606.01 DEFINITIONS; REFERENCES TO CRIMES CODE.

Words, terms and phrases used in this General Offenses Code shall have the same meanings given such words, terms and phrases in the Crimes Code of Pennsylvania (18 Pa. C.S. §§ 101 et seq.).

References throughout this General Offenses Code to the Crimes Code shall mean the Crimes Code of Pennsylvania, as aforesaid.
