486.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than six hundred dollars ($600.00), and costs of prosecution, and, in default of the payment of said fine and costs, shall be imprisoned not more than ten days.
